It is also possible to add custom tiles companywide for users to add to their App Launcher if they desire. This will then display a menu from which you can select to unpin the app from the launcher. If, for example, you want to remove the Office 365 Store tile from the App Launcher, simply hover over the top right corner of the tile and select the ellipse (three dots) that appear. You'll then be taken to a screen that allows you to view and edit what appears on the launcher. To do that select the My apps link in the lower left of the App Launcher when it appears.
